Purchasing a house or leasing a property can be a major commitment, and knowing your potential EMF external and internal exposures beforehand can help you make more informative decisions, not only from a financial stand point but also from you and your family’s future health perspective.
A Pre-Purchase / Pre-lease inspection allows for a preliminary assessment and evaluation to be undertaken. The objective being to assist in identifying any potential exposure hazards around and within the building which may have the potential to impact on personal health and wellbeing, based on scientific research.
This can include whatever you think is important or any or all of the below -
Internal and external measurements of AC magnetic fields and radio frequencies can be taken.
A visual assessment of the property will be conducted to identify potential sources of electromagnetic fields / radio frequencies.
Between 1 - 3 hours to complete the onsite assessment, dependent on your concerns
Verbal feedback may be provided within 24 hours.
A formal written report can be provided if requested.
